That is a checkable claim, not a marketing line: the same registry we use to screen every supplier holds our record too, and looking it up costs nothing. Copy these before you open the registry. The Unified Social Credit Code is the one identifier that cannot be approximated: it is eighteen characters, unique to one legal entity, and it is what you should search on.

Read both dates there rather than taking ours.

Check us on gsxt.gov.cn in 7 steps
gsxt.gov.cn is the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System, run by China’s State Administration for Market Regulation. It is free, it is Chinese-only, and it uses a captcha. Browser translation is good enough to read the results.
- Search the code, not the name. Open gsxt.gov.cn and paste 91441381MACXR9203L into the search box. Searching the Unified Social Credit Code (统一社会信用代码) avoids every name-matching problem. If you prefer to search by name, use the Chinese name 惠州渤朗科技有限公司 — an English trading name will not find a Chinese record.
- Check the enterprise name (企业名称). The record should open on 惠州渤朗科技有限公司, matching the table above character for character.
- Check the registration status (登记状态). You want 存续 or 在业 — both mean the company is in operation. 注销 (deregistered) or 吊销 (licence revoked) would mean you should not be reading this page as current.
- Check the registered address (住所). It should reconcile with the registered address above, in Huizhou, Guangdong — bearing in mind the Daya Bay and Huiyang naming note. A record placing the company in a different city or province is a real mismatch, not a naming quirk.

What a mismatch would mean
- The code returns nothing, or returns a different company. Treat that as a hard stop and write to us before anything else happens.
- The status is anything other than 存续 or 在业. Do not proceed on the strength of a website.
- The registered name on the record is not 惠州渤朗科技有限公司.
- The registered address bears no relation to Huizhou, Guangdong — a different city or province, not a Daya Bay or Huiyang wording difference.
- Anything appears on the penalty, abnormal-operations or serious-violations lists.
The useful response to a mismatch is neither to assume fraud nor to assume a clerical slip. It is to ask, in writing, and to weigh the answer against the record rather than against our word. Send us the discrepancy and tell us what you found.

What to actually take from this
- There is no manufacturing in either scope. No 生产, no 制造. That is the single most useful line on this page for checking us: we say throughout this site that we are a trading company and not a factory, and the record agrees. If we ever start describing ourselves as a manufacturer, this field is what should stop you believing it.
- 货物进出口 — import and export of goods — is what lets us be the seller of record on the shipments we trade. It is the registry backing for the claim made in the section below.
- Inspection and testing sits under 许可项目, the licensed half — and we do not hold that licence. We are not a 检验检测机构资质认定 (CMA) accredited testing body, we are not a CNCA-approved certification body, and we do not issue regulated inspection or certification reports. Being listed under 许可项目 is permission to seek that approval, not proof of holding it — the registry says as much in the same line. What we actually do needs no such licence: the pre-shipment quality inspection we run is our own commercial check on goods we are buying and selling as principal, and where a product needs formal laboratory testing we coordinate it with CNAS- and internationally-accredited laboratories, who issue those reports under their own accreditation. If you need a legally recognised third-party inspection or test certificate, you need an accredited body — ask us and we will arrange one rather than pretend we are one.
- Chinese business scopes are broad by design. Ours lists real-estate brokerage, software development and pre-packaged food sales. We do not trade in any of them. A scope is a ceiling on what a company may do, not a description of what it does — which is exactly why you should read it alongside what we claim, rather than instead of it.

- Registered capital is not published here. Note that Chinese registered-capital figures are usually subscribed (认缴) rather than paid-in (实缴), so treat whatever the registry shows as a rough seriousness signal, not as cash in a bank account.
- Headcount is not published here, and no certification numbers are published here.
A verification page that quietly leaves out its own gaps is worse than no verification page at all, so we would rather list them. If your onboarding or supplier-approval file needs any of these, write to us or email [email protected] and say what your process requires.
Beyond the registry
The second place our name has to match
On shipments Bolang trades, Bolang is the seller of record. That is a structural claim with a paper trail behind it: the entity you have just looked up is the entity that appears on the commercial invoice and on the bill of lading, rather than a name you have never seen attached to a shipment you paid for.
So there is a second check, and it costs nothing either. When your documents arrive, read the seller on the commercial invoice and the shipper on the bill of lading, and compare them with the legal name and the Unified Social Credit Code above. They should be the same company. One honest caveat: Chinese export paperwork sometimes names a separate export agent as the shipper on the bill of lading, so a different name there is a question rather than an alarm — ask us who it is and why. What should never happen is that the seller on your invoice is an entity you cannot find on the registry at all. If that is what you are holding, ask before the goods move — of us, or of anyone else you buy through. Why we trade as the seller of record explains what that structure does and does not give you.
The limits
What this check cannot tell you
Registration is a floor, not a ceiling. The registry proves a company exists legally, is in operation, and is licensed for a stated scope. It says nothing about whether the work is any good — not ours and not a supplier’s. No registry entry substitutes for references, a trial order, or reading what somebody actually delivered.
Take this page for exactly what it is worth: it lets you rule out the possibility that you are talking to a company that does not exist. Everything after that, you should still make us earn.
