- Pre-shipment check — goods checked against your written specification before anything loads; you see the evidence.
- Delivery — exported under Bolang's name, shipped door-to-door or to your forwarder, documents in English.
Set economics, honestly. The gift box often costs more than the paring knife inside it — packaging is 15–30% of a set's ex-works cost depending on presentation level. We quote knives and packaging as separate lines so you can move the margin lever yourself.
